AI won’t replace architects.
It will replace the architects who refuse to evolve.

Paula Birch is an award-winning Australian architect who has spent two decades inside the intimate world of small and medium practice - the beating heart of the architectural profession. From detailing construction in tight budgets to crafting high-finish visualisations, from mentoring students to running a one-person studio, they’ve lived every corner of the profession: expert, generalist, technician, negotiator, educator.

Now, architects face a new kind of design challenge: a tsunami of AI noise. A dense, tangled forest of marketing claims, miracle tools, and fear-driven narratives. Most small practitioners are overwhelmed - unsure where to begin, or what actually matters.

The founder’s mission is to cut through the chaos.
To separate the signal from the static.
To give architects a clear, grounded, practical roadmap for AI adoption that enhances - not erases - the craft.

As a long-time academic and current PhD researcher exploring intuitive assembly in the age of AI, they see their role not as a disruptor, but as a translator and educator. Someone who believes that creativity thrives when we stay perpetually curious - amateurs in the best sense of the word.

We give small architectural practices a clear, practical, and human roadmap for adopting AI - cutting through the noise and transforming chaos into capability.
